  • Approx. 4hrs of photography 

  • Photography of the ceremony

  • Photography in a park, garden or greenhouse

  • Includes approximately 4 hours post shoot photographic editing

  • Add an hour for $250/hr (incl. addt. post production)

The Fine Print..

Terms & Conditions

  • All packages include gas & batteries expenses 

  • Weddings packages require a non-refundable deposit of $500+hst 

  • A supper meal is requested for full day shoots

  • All additional props must be provided or add additional fees

  • Balance payable on the day of the shoot

Licensing Policy

  • All clients are provided with full resolution copies of all of their best photos or videos on Dropbox, if you wish to have all photos they can be put on a thumb stick and mailed to you for an extra $50. 
     

  • A limited usage licence is granted to the client for personal reproduction and use.  This means you can print your own photos as often as you like, with whomever you like.
     

  • Client may also share photos on the internet however with the retention of a watermark if one was applied to the images once received. Non watermarked images are provided for personal printing. Often times reception and family photos are not watermarked to save time in post-production. 
     

  • By default James Smeaton retains all rights to photos captured during the entire event. This means I can use the photos for promotional, social media or commercial purposes. This helps to entice future clients to book photo shoots.
     

  • Need maximum privacy? Full copyright release and transfer is possible for an additional fee of 10% the total cost of the photography package. Why should you pay for copyright release? Without the ability to show off my work I have a diminished ability to earn new clients. This cost is recognized through an increased fee for my services. 
     

  • Custom arrangements are also possible to accommodate a broad range of comfort levels. Talk to me about your needs, I want everyone to be perfectly comfortable.
